About the Role

A dynamic role for someone who enjoys training, content creation, and people development, with strong organizational and HR skills. You will support end-to-end learning activities while working closely with the Founder.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver training sessions and support class facilitation.
  • Create training materials, slide decks, and concise training proposals.
  • Produce educational content (Canva design, CapCut editing, photo/video capture).
  • Support HR operations: posting vacancies, screening CVs, initial interviews, onboarding, and networking with relevant communities.
  • Handle general coordination, documentation, and email follow-ups.
  • Manage training administration: Google Forms, tests, attendance, certificates, schedules, and logistics.
  • Assist the Founder during training days, meetings, or field activities (mobile support).
  • Apply basic counseling & coaching skills in participant interactions.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Psychology (preferred).
  • Strong communication, creativity, and organizational skills.
  • Proficient in Canva, CapCut, social media, and Google Workspace.
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, trustworthy, and fast learner.
  • Willing to work onsite and mobile for meetings & training.
