Qualifications:

  • Lead and implement employee learning & development programs (technical & soft) to enhance capability and performance.
  • Design and evaluate training modules, monitor succession and talent development
  • Coordinate engagement and culture initiatives to strengthen company values.
  • Manage and improve organization structure, competency framework, and job evaluation processes.
  • Oversee Performance Management System (PMS),
  • Partner with leaders to drive change management and ensure alignment between people, structure, and business strategy.

Responsibilities:

  • Bachelor's degree in psychology, Industrial Engineering, Management, or related field.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in People Development, Organization Development, or Performance Management.
  • Proven experience in managing training programs, competency development, or performance systems.
  • Strong analytical and project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Strategic and data-driven mindset with attention to detail.
  • Familiar with HR analytics, KPI framework, or Learning Management System (LMS) & Performance Management System (PMS) is a plus.
