This position is responsible to audit and verify revenue transactions, manage records, and prepare daily and monthly sales reports according to company policies.

Requirements:

  1. Minimum Bachelor's degree or relevant education in Finance/Accounting required.
  2. Work experience as Income Audit and Account Receivable, preferably in the hospitality industry.
  3. Good knowledge of financial terms and accounting principles.
  4. Familiarity with financial and accounting software.

Job Responsibilities

  1. Check daily sales reports for all outlets.
  2. Reconcile all Point of Sales (POS) transactions with payments received to ensure all transactions have been entered into the system.
  3. Verify all daily sales supporting documentation.
  4. Provide correction reports for any necessary transaction adjustments.
  5. Produce daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
  6. Input and compile revenue transaction data into the finance system.
  7. Perform bank and cash reconciliations by comparing received funds to actual data.
  8. Reconcile processed income documents and verify entries against system reports, balances, and bank statements.
  9. Provide data analysis and produce monthly income reports.
  10. Generate and reconcile Account Receivable (AR) reports with complete supporting evidence.
  11. Verify all complementary, void, and refund transactions with required documentation.
