We are looking for a Recruitment Senior Staff to support hiring across our Brand Portfolio. You will manage end-to-end recruitment, build strong pipelines, and work closely with business team and hiring managers to meet manpower needs efficiently.

Responsibilities
  • Handle full recruitment cycle for back office and outlet support positions.
  • Align with business team and hiring managers on manpower requirements.
  • Source candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, communities, referrals, and local sourcing.
  • Build pipelines for high-volume and hard-to-fill roles.
  • Ensure smooth and positive candidate experience.
  • Provide timely hiring updates and insights to stakeholders.
  • Maintain compliance and accurate recruitment documentation.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Psychology, or related field.
  • 3+ years of recruitment experience, with 1+ year in a senior role.
  • Strong experience in hiring frontline/outlet roles preferred.
  • Proficient in English for interviews and hiring discussions.
  • Skilled in sourcing techniques and recruitment tools.
  • Strong communication, multitasking, and stakeholder management.
  • Experience with ATS/HR systems.
  • High professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality.
