  • Berpengalaman dalam menjual product IT
  • Mendampingi dan menjelaskan Calon Mitra/Mitra dalam proses integrasi layanan BRIAPI terutama bagian administratif sesuai dengan tata kelola yang berlaku.
  • Melakukan meeting (onsite maupun online) dengan Calon Mitra/Mitra dan Tim Bisnis (Pemrakarsa/PO) untuk menjelaskan dan memandu produk BRIAPI, proses integrasi, dan kelengkapan dokumen yang diperlukan.
  • Menjawab pertanyaan Calon Mitra/Mitra sesuai dengan SLA
  • Time to Response 15 menit apabila tidak meeting dan 1 jam apabila sedang meeting dan Time to Resolve 1 hari kerja pada media komunikasi yang telah disepakati dengan BRI.
  • Memandu pengisian dan melakukan fast screening kelengkapan pengisian dokumen administratif yang perlu dilengkapi oleh Calon Mitra/Mitra.
  • Memeriksa kelengkapan (checklist) dokumen administratif yang perlu dilengkapi oleh Calon Mitra/Mitra.
  • Membuat laporan kegiatan sesuai dengan format yang ditentukan oleh BRI (dapat berubah sesuai kebutuhan).
  • Melaporkan segala proses dan kendala yang ditemui kepada BRI.
  • Proaktif dalam menindaklanjuti proses integrasi partner, dengan melakukan daily update (contoh: dengan menanyakan di grup atau media komunikasi lainnya) progress pengembangan partner.
  • Experience to make interesting presentation

Requirements:

  • Terbiasa dalam berkomunikasi untuk menjelaskan proses suatu layanan terutama dalam bagian administratif sesuai dengan ketentuan
  • Terbiasa dalam melakukan meeting onsite / online dengan calon mitra bisnis dan team bisnis perusahaan untuk memandu suatu layanan produk
  • Bersedia untuk menjawab pertanyaan Calon Mitra sesuai dengan SLA
  • Bersedia dalam memandu pengisian, fast screening dan memeriksa kelengkapan dokumen administratif Calon Mitra
  • Bersedia dalam membuat laporan kegiatan sesuai dengan format
  • Bersedia untuk menindaklanjuti proses integrasi partner dengan melakukan daily update (Contoh : dengan menanyakan di grup atau media komunikasi lain terhadap progress partner)
  • Berpengalaman dalam menggunakan function vlookup, hlookup, sumif dan countif, countifs, match
  • Berpengalaman dalam menggunakan line chart, pie chart ataupun pivot table
  • Produk IT apa yg pernah km jual dalam bekerja
  • Berpengalaman kerja as Product Partnership, Account Executive, Business Development, atau bidang sejenis selama 1.5 thn
