Role Description

Core Responsibilities

  1. Develop and direct partnership strategies to increase user acquisition and engagement for digital banking products.
  2. Design and initiate socialization plans and event programs to support strategic goals of the digital bank.

Main Functions

  1. Execute partnership initiatives with third-party stakeholders in alignment with the established strategy.

  2. Organize and carry out partnership or barter collaboration activities with business units.

  3. Conduct cross-selling activities using third-party databases.

  4. Build and maintain strong relationships with partners and merchants to support continuous growth, product usage, and sales targets.

  5. Manage partnership-related administration, including partner and merchant databases, business proposals, activity and usage monitoring data, and budget tracking.

  6. Conduct socialization and educational sessions with partners and third parties.

  7. Act as a liaison officer for communication and coordination with partners and external stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • Strong analytical skills to assess market trends, evaluate opportunities, and measure partnership success
  • Experience in managing partnerships and fostering strategic collaborations
  • Effective communication skills to engage with partners, stakeholders, and team members
  • Proficient in sales and business development, with a proven track record of achieving targets
  • Ability to develop and maintain strategic partnerships, aligning with company objectives
  • Bachelor's degree in IT, SI, Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred
  • Knowledge of the financial or banking industry is a strong advantage
  • Capable of working in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment
