We're Hiring : Marketing Executive – Spoonify (F&B Company)

Location: Head Office – Sudirman, Jakarta Pusat (Mobile work required)

Job Description

The Marketing Executive is responsible for managing all marketing and sales activities to drive revenue growth for Spoonify. This role covers merchant management (GoFood & GrabFood), planning and executing ads & promotions, acquiring new MFD customers in Jakarta, and analyzing sales performance to develop strategies for revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Merchant Management (GoFood & GrabFood)

  2. Manage all Spoonify brand merchant accounts.

  3. Ensure menu, pricing and information are always accurate and up-to-date.

  4. Optimize merchant performance (ratings, visibility, promotions, SLA).

  5. MFD Station – Customer Acquisition & Partnership

  6. Identify and secure new MFD locations (offices, buildings, apartments).

  7. Conduct presentations and negotiations with building or company representatives.

  8. Maintain strong relationships with partners to ensure ongoing collaboration.

  9. Support activation activities, information distribution, and tenant awareness programs.

  10. Ads, Promotions & Campaign Marketing

  11. Create and execute promotional campaigns (discounts, bundling, seasonal offers).

  12. Manage paid ads (Instagram Ads / platform promotions).

  13. Analyze campaign results and provide actionable recommendations.

  14. Sales Data Analysis

  15. Collect and review sales data across Merchant, MFD, and Catering channels.

  16. Identify trends, issues, top-selling products, and growth opportunities.

  17. Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports for management.

  18. Revenue Growth Strategy

  19. Develop data-driven strategies to increase daily and monthly sales.

  20. Provide insights on menu, promotions, pricing, and customer behavior.

  21. Collaborate with Operations & Kitchen to support strategy execution.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree (S1) in Marketing, Business, Management, Communication, or relevant field.

  • 2–4 years of experience in Marketing, Sales, or Business Development, preferably in F&B, delivery platforms, or cloud kitchens.

  • Proficient in GoFood & GrabFood merchant management, including menu updates, promotions, performance tracking, and ranking optimization.

  • Understanding of digital marketing concepts (ads, promotions, campaigns, social media) and capable of executing campaigns independently.

  • Strong ability to analyze sales data and generate actionable insights, reports, and strategies.

  • Excellent communication & negotiation skills for MFD acquisition, corporate presentations, and partner management.

  • Target-oriented, problem-solving, proactive, organized, and able to multitask.

  • Able and willing to work mobile for field visits to buildings/companies for MFD activities.
