Position Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and execution-focused Business Product Marketing Operations Executive to support the day-to-day operational needs of our Business Product Marketing (BPM) team. In this role, you will ensure the smooth and timely execution of marketing activities across campaigns, channels, and content. You will manage campaign operations, coordinate assets and timelines, support in-app marketing execution, and assist with content research and planning. This role requires strong coordination skills, accuracy, and the ability to work efficiently with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

1. Campaign Operations Management
  • Execute daily marketing campaign operations based on approved directions and briefs.
  • Maintain campaign calendars, execution checklists, and readiness status.
  • Ensure all copies, assets, and timelines are complete and aligned before launch.
  • Support rescheduling, updates, and operational adjustments when necessary.
2. In-App Marketing Execution
  • Draft push notification copy using provided templates and references.
  • Set up, schedule, and manage push notifications and in-app banners through the internal CMS.
  • Perform pre-publish checks to ensure accuracy, correct timing, and proper formatting.
  • Submit campaigns for final review and approval before release.
3. Content Research & Planning Support
  • Conduct content research for social media platforms related to BPM products (Gold, Savings, Microbusiness, etc.).
  • Maintain a structured content reference library and idea bank.
  • Build simple operational content calendars based on assigned themes.
  • Support Instagram content planning following established guidelines.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in marketing operations, digital marketing, or campaign execution (fintech or financial services experience is a plus).
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Familiarity with CMS tools, push notification systems, or in-app campaign setup.
  • Good copywriting ability, especially for short-form content such as push notifications.
  • Organized, structured, and comfortable working with calendars, checklists, and operational processes.
  • Familiar with basic Canva usage for simple content preparation.
  • Shows empathy and interest in social impact products, especially those designed for migrant worker communities.
  • Proactive, fast-learning, and able to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
