**Overview of the Position**:
We are looking for a meticulous and proactive Senior Executive, Regulatory Affairs cum Product Specialist to manage product registration and ensure full compliance with Indonesian regulatory standards. This role plays a vital part in supporting the successful launch and market presence of our health, wellness, and lifestyle products by providing regulatory insights and scientific guidance to the Product Development and other departments in the company.

**The role required to execute the below tasks and initiative**:

- Act as the designated Technical Responsible Person for regulatory platforms/accounts including ASROT, e-Reg RBA, and Noftikos.
- Manage the registration and regulatory approval processes for both new and existing products, ensuring full compliance with local health authorities and industry standards.
- Liaise with regulatory bodies for product notifications and classification related to cosmetics, food, health supplements, and traditional medicines. This includes handling amendments, renewals, and licensing.
- Ensure all necessary operational licenses (e.g., import and wholesale licenses) are applied for, maintained, and renewed on time.
- Provide accurate regulatory and product information to the HQ Product Development and Corporate Communications teams to support the creation of compliant packaging, brochures, and marketing materials.
- Review and approve packaging artwork across all product categories including cosmetics, food, health supplements, traditional medicines, and apparel.
- Support the HQ QA/QC team in overseeing product quality management for the local market.
- Conduct inspections for incoming trade products, repackaged items, and replacement goods as needed.
- Investigate major quality issues, provide detailed reports, and recommend corrective actions in collaboration with HQ’s QA/QC team.
- Assist in conducting competitor analysis and market research to support product positioning and development.
- Review and proofread local point-of-sale and promotional materials such as brochures, leaflets, catalogues, and video scripts to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Undertake additional tasks and responsibilities as assigned by management.

**To be successful in this role, we are expecting the below**:

- Possess a valid **pharmacist license (Apoteker)** in accordance with Indonesian regulatory requirements.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in regulatory affairs, with exposure to diverse registration projects—ideally in the Cosmetics, Food, Health Supplement, or Traditional Medicine sectors in Indonesia.
- Prior experience with product registration across Asian markets is a strong advantage.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey regulatory concepts to cross-functional teams.
- Able to work independently with mínimal supervision while contributing effectively to team-based projects.
- Demonstrates a proactive, analytical, and solution-oriented approach to problem-solving.
