Business Overview

Adhering to the philosophy of "Connect More with Less", Baicells migrates traditional telecom network equipment to the cloud to provide SaaS services. By redefining 4G/5G network construction methods, Baicells integrates IT (Information Technology) with traditional CT (Communications Technology), substantially reducing 4G/5G network deployment costs and offering innovative end-to-end integrated solutions.

Job Responsibilities
  1. Responsible for on-site commissioning, testing, optimization, delivery, and acceptance of 5G base stations.
  2. Coordinate with local subcontractors, operators, and project teams to promote base station delivery progress and resolve on-site technical issues.
  3. Compile technical documents related to base station delivery to ensure compliance with local Indonesian operator specifications and project requirements.
  4. Assist in troubleshooting and maintenance support after base station delivery.
Qualifications
  1. Education & Major: College degree or above in Communications Engineering, Electronic Information, or related fields.
  2. Technical Competence: Familiar with the principles and commissioning processes of 4G/5G base station equipment (Huawei/Ericsson/ZTE preferred); proficient in basic principles of base station radio frequency (RF), transmission, and core networks.
  3. Experience Requirements: At least 1 year of experience in wireless base station delivery or operation and maintenance; prior experience in Indonesian local communication projects is a plus.
  4. Language Skills: Fluent in Indonesian, with basic English communication ability and proficiency in reading English technical documents.
  5. Other Requirements: Possess a valid driver's license and be adaptable to business trips in Yogyakarta and surrounding areas; demonstrate excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
