We are assisting our client, a growing company in the healthcare solutions and services sector, in hiring a Sales Representative to strengthen their business development and corporate client engagement. This position is ideal for a seasoned sales professional with strong B2B experience and an established network across corporate clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, approach, and develop new corporate clients, while maintaining strong relationships with existing ones.
  • Build and manage a pipeline of business opportunities, ensuring consistent conversion and revenue achievement.
  • Develop strategic account plans and execute tailored approaches for client engagement.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless implementation and service delivery for corporate clients.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and client needs to identify new business opportunities.
  • Leverage personal and professional networks to open doors and strengthen corporate partnerships.
  • Prepare proposals, presentations, and business reports to support sales activities.

Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Life Sciences, or a related field.
  • Min. 2 years of B2B sales experience, preferably within healthcare, laboratory services, or insurance/insurtech industries.
  • Proven track record in corporate client acquisition and relationship management.
  • Possesses an existing professional network and strong personal branding within the corporate space.
  • Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills
  • Agile, adaptable, and able to perform under dynamic and fast-paced environments.
  • Strong sense of ownership, accountability, and motivation to achieve targets.
  • Basic proficiency in English for communication and reporting purposes.
