Job Description

· Based In Malaysia, Melaka

Develops, implements, monitors, and evaluates the operations of recreation program areas and facility operations

· Develop, recommend and implement effective maintenance and safety guidelines on operational policies and procedures to ensure participant safety and responsible risk management

· Conduct routine inspections and ensure program facilities are properly maintained

· To come up with creative ideas and plans for the hotel activities from time to time

· Maximize public understanding and increase awareness of the benefits of recreation in the Resort

· Develop promotional content related to special events for seasonal recreation guides, program brochures, newsletters, Resort's website, and other marketing materials to maximize community outreach and public participation

· Deal effectively with incidents, problems, and emergencies

· Respond courteously and effectively to guests inquiries

· Performs any other duties as assigned by the Management

Requirements

· Minimum 5 years of work experience in similar or related position

· Capable of conducting Yoga classes is a prerequisite

· Must possess excellent PR and communication skills

· Strong ability to engage with customers and strong leadership skills

· Ability to effectively deal with guest and associate concerns in a friendly and positive manner

· Must be able to work on shifts rotation whenever required on weekends, Public Holidays and peak seasons period to cater the business / operational needs
