Job Descriptions

  • ⁠Manage end-to-end KOL operations, including KOL identification, listing, and selection.
  • ⁠⁠Conduct quality evaluations of KOLs based on audience fit, engagement, and content relevance.
  • Handle communication, negotiation, and briefing to ensure clear expectations and alignment.
  • Guide KOL content creation to meet brand guidelines and campaign objectives.
  • ⁠⁠Oversee campaign execution and ensure timely posting of all deliverables.
  • Monitor and evaluate KOL performance, prepare campaign reports, and provide insights for optimization.
  • ⁠⁠Maintain strong relationships with KOLs, talent agencies, and external partners.
  • ⁠⁠Keep an updated and organized internal KOL database. ⁠⁠Explore and propose brand collaboration opportunities for cross-customer marketing initiatives

Job Requirements

  • ⁠1–2 years of experience in KOL/Influencer Marketing or Digital Marketing.
  • ⁠Strong understanding of KOL research, audience quality evaluation, and social media trends.
  • ⁠Skilled in communication, negotiation, coordination, and content briefing.
  • ⁠Able to evaluate content quality and ensure alignment with brand messaging.
  • ⁠Proficient in analytics tools (e.g., TikTok/IG insights) and spreadsheet tools.
  • ⁠Detail-oriented, organized, proactive
  • ⁠⁠Experience in managing KOL campaigns across TikTok, Instagram, or YouTube.
  • Bonus: Has a network of KOLs/talent agencies or experience with large-scale campaigns.
