Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Inside Sales Representative located in Cengkareng. Key responsibilities include identifying and nurturing leads, managing customer accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction, and delivering excellent customer service. The role heavily involves building strong relationships with clients, developing personalized sales strategies, and proactively supporting their needs to drive business growth and success.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Inside Sales and Lead Generation to identify and develop business opportunities.
  • Strong skills in Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction to build lasting client relationships and address their needs effectively.
  • Experience with Account Management to manage and grow client accounts strategically.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on problem-solving and collaboration.
  • Self-driven, target-oriented, and proactive approach to sales and relationship-building.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communication, or a related field is preferred.
  • Familiarity with IT products and solutions is a plus.
