Garment Product Development

Job Summary:
Oversee the sample management and timeline execution of garment development from concept to pre-production.
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage the product development calendar and critical path to ensure all progress (prototypes, fit samples, sales samples, etc.) are met on time.
- Coordinate the creation and tracking of all samples (proto, fit, size set, pre-production) with the design team, pattern makers, and sample room/vendors.
- Maintain clear and accurate development files and records for all styles, materials, trims, and technical specifications.
- Ensure all products meet necessary testing, quality, and compliance standards before bulk production begins.
- Proactively communicate potential risks or delays in the development timeline to cross-functional teams and propose solutions.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design, Garment Production, or a related technical field.
- 1+ years of relevant experience in product development within the garment industry. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Technical knowledge of garment construction, pattern making, fit, and materials (fabrics and trims).
- Able to communicate in English (spoken & written).
- Willing to be placed in Bandung.
