Job Description:

  1. Develop and maintain accurate cost sheets for all new and existing garment styles, including raw materials, trim, labor, overhead, and packaging.
  2. Analyze Bill of Materials (BOM) and technical specifications to ensure all components and manufacturing processes are accurately costed.
  3. Conduct cost-benefit analyses for different production scenarios, materials, and manufacturing techniques.
  4. Collaborate with internal teams to provide costing estimates during the product development phase and establish target costs.
  5. Prepare detailed costing reports and summaries for management to support pricing decisions, profitability analysis, and budgeting.

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Textile/Apparel/Garment or a related field
  2. 1+ years of experience in product costing, specifically within the garment or textile manufacturing industry. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
  3. Strong understanding of garment construction, manufacturing processes, and material yields (e.g., fabric consumption).
  4. High proficiency in MS Excel and experience with SAP/costing software systems.
  5. Excellent communication in English.
  6. Willing to be placed in Bandung.
