Position Overview

We are looking for a proactive Sales Support Specialist with 3–5 years of experience in the freight forwarding industry to support our growing sales team. You'll work closely with Sales and Operations to prepare quotations, follow up with clients and ensure smooth handovers and documentation.

Only candidates with freight forwarding experience will be considered.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare and follow up on quotations and proposals

Support the sales team in client communication and coordination

Maintain accurate records, CRM updates, and sales documentation

Liaise between internal departments to ensure smooth operations

Track sales activities and assist in performance reporting

Requirements

3–5 years of experience in sales support within the freight forwarding industry

Detail-oriented and organised, with strong time management

Excellent communication and coordination skills

Familiarity with logistics processes and Incoterms

Proficient in MS Office and CRM systems
