Supervisor Engineering

Tugas dan Tanggung Jawab:

  • Mengatur dan mengawasi tim engineering/ maintenance dalam menjalankan tugas perawatan dan perbaikan mesin
  • Mengawasi pelaksanaan pemeliharaan, peralatan dan mesin untuk menjaga kelancaran proses produksi, mengurangi peralatan dan mesin berhenti (stoppage) karena rusak (break down).
  • Bertanggung jawab terhadap semua mesin produksi ( perawatan dan perbaikan )
  • Membuat jadwal dan catatan tentang perawatan dan perbaikan mesin produksi
  • Melakukan kontrol terhadap suku cadang dan melakukan analisa penyediaan yang efisien
  • Bertanggung jawab terhadap layout mesin agar sesuai dengan standart kesehatan dan keselamatan kerja
  • Menjaga konsistensi kualitas, memperpanjang umur dan peralatan mesin.
  • Mengatur pembuatan laporan, analysis dan evaluasi pemeliharaan mesin produksi.
  • Memastikan prosedur maintenance berjalan dengan baik dan benar serta melakukan pengembangan untuk efektivitasnya
  • Pengembangan sistem maintenance, project, improvement dan innovation.
  • Menganalisis dan menangani masalah teknis pada mesin produksi, khususnya mesin cetak dan pembakaran gelas
  • Berkoordinasi dengan tim produksi untuk memastikan ketersediaan mesin yang optimal
  • Membuat laporan harian dan bulanan terkait kegiatan maintenance
  • Menjaga ketersediaan suku cadang (spare part) dan alat pendukung lainnya

Kualifikasi:

  • Maksimal 40 Tahun.
  • Pendidikan minimal D3/S1 Teknik Mesin, Industi, Elektro, atau Mekatronika atau sejenisnya
  • Pengalaman minimal 3 tahun sebagai Supervisor Maintenance di industri manufaktur (lebih disukai dari industri gelas, keramik, atau logam)
  • Menguasai sistem kelistrikan, hidrolik, pneumatik,piping pipe, plumbing, konstruksi dan mekanikal mesin produksi
  • Mampu membaca gambar teknik dan memahami kontrol otomatisasi
  • Memiliki jiwa kepemimpinan, problem solving yang baik, dan terbiasa bekerja dengan deadline
  • Memiliki leadership yang baik dan bisa bekerja dengan target.
  • Dinamis, ulet, jujur dan bertanggung jawab terhadap target
  • Memahami Sistem Penerapan ISO dan SMK3
  • Penempatan di Balaraja Tangerang, Banten
