Job Description:

Assist clients to setup applications appropriate to clients' requirementsProvide product training to usersProvide consultancy for a client about best practice Accounting SoftwareMaintain account portfolio to ensure activity in usage and transactions.Support and provide solutions to clients' issues Gather client's information and implement them to the systemAssist the developer team with bug testing of the application and new features Regularly report to the manager about client's needs and problems

Requirements/Qualifications:

Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree of Accounting or equivalentRequired skills: accounting. Having knowledge in tax is a plusProficient with corporate productivity and web presentation tools (Microsoft & Gsuite)Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Good analytical and problem-solving skillsComfortable with numbers and meeting clientsFast learner and independentGood interpersonal and teamwork skillsAble to work under pressure
