Planning, Scheduling, & Reporting Officer is responsible to provide accurate and timely boat scheduler and support to People Transportation Division. This position is also responsible for any question about boat (Time Table, Boat Cancellation and Boat Policy), Aviation and Bus activities.

Job Description:

  • To entry daily data for Daily Boat Operation, Helicopter Operation, Seaplane Operation and Bus Operation.
  • To update weekly & monthly Reports/ Data Entry Summary for Boat, Helicopter, Seaplane and Bus Operation.
  • To handle chopper passenger's luggage which is sending through the boat and delivering to Airport or Town Site Area with document
  • Daily data entry for :

o   Daily Boat Operation

o   Boat Schedule  – Daily Operations

o   Daily Helicopter Operation

o   Daily Seaplane Operation

o   Daily Bus Operation
- Responsible for any question about boat (Time Table, Boat Cancellation and Boat Policy), Helicopter, Seaplane and Bus activities.
- Monitoring check-in passengers upon departure.
- Monitoring the arrival passengers from the boat and providing trolley.
- Organizing Marine Operators upon the arrival of the boat and provide assistance to the passengers
- Monitor and responsible for cleanliness of the all area include office
- Monitor and responsible of the safety parking on each perspective area
- Monitoring & Responsible for Boat, Aviation refuelling process.
- Monitoring and data entry rental bus refuelling
- Prepare and control the procurement system of office utilities, Operational and PPE.
- Arrange leave schedule for all crew so that field demands are met.
- Prepare and make sure maintenance schedule of all transport fleet does not disrupt operations.
- Prepare weekly and monthly report for boat and seaplane correctly and timely.
- Ensure accurate and correct scheduling of Shuttle Bus including bus for Maluk Market
- Prepare Report/Summary of Transport weekly and monthly Data Entry.
- Report buses scheduled for inspection, and weekly and monthly service to the Bus Supervisor.
- Other duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • Min. Diploma 3 graduate or equivalent.
  • Formal qualification in materials management along with a degree in business, engineering and/or logistics or equivalent experience.
  • Experience in administrating and reporting data.
  • Understand the process of scheduling.
  • Extensive knowledge of the transportation industry.
  • Understand the mechanic related subject.
  • Understand the process of sustainable development
  • Extensive knowledge of the transportation industry in mining area.
  • Computer skills in MS Office, Excel, and Email.
  • Time management and ability to prioritize work.
  • English competency both written and verbal.
