Posisi ini juga berperan dalam membimbing teknisi junior, melakukan inspeksi rutin, serta memastikan setiap pekerjaan dilakukan sesuai standar keselamatan dan efisiensi energi.

  1. Melakukan perawatan dan perbaikan sistem listrik, air, dan pendingin udara di seluruh area resort.

  2. Melaksanakan pemeriksaan rutin harian, mingguan, dan bulanan terhadap fasilitas dan peralatan teknis.

  3. Membuat dan menjalankan jadwal preventive maintenance serta mencatat hasil pekerjaan. 4. Menangani laporan kerusakan dari departemen lain secara cepat dan efisien. 5. Mengawasi teknisi junior dan memastikan pekerjaan sesuai standar keselamatan dan operasional.

  4. Melaporkan kondisi fasilitas kepada Chief Engineer dan mendukung proyek perbaikan atau renovasi.
