Tanggung Jawab Utama
1. Terlaksananya pemenuhan kebutuhan IT dan elektronik Kantor serta Site Office. Termasuk kebutuhan kerja karyawan terkait dengan IT. 
2. Mengelola IT dan elektronik kerja kantor serta site office Tanjung Priok.

3. Mengelola sistem operasi yang digunakan perusahan.
4. Membuat dokumen teknis review sistem dan server.
5. Bertanggung jawab atas pengadaan IT serta aset penunjang lainnya.

6. Monitoring pelaksanaan program IT Safety

7. Berkoordinasi dengan Corporate IT terkait pengadaan, pemeliharaan, serta keamanan sistem.

Tanggung Jawab Umum
1. Memenuhi kebutuhan IT dan elektronik Kantor serta Site Office. Termasuk kebutuhan kerja harian karyawan seperti pembuatan email, akun samudera, dll.
2. Melakukan investigasi apabila terjadi insiden, kecelakaan, atau tindakan bahaya, serta menyediakan data akurat dan relevan.

3. Melakukan pengecekan kontrol keamanan sistem informasi, untuk melindungi data serta aset yang dimiliki dan dikelola perusahaan.

4. Menjamin implementasi Sistem Manajemen Terintegrasi ISO perusahaan serta memenuhi kebutuhan dokumentasi terkait.

Kualifikasi

1. Lulusan S1 Teknik Informatika, Teknologi Informasi, Teknik Komputer atau jurusan terkait IT lainnya.

2. Minimum 2 tahun bekerja di bidang relevan.

3. Memiliki pengalaman coding atau membangun sistem, menjadi nilai tambah.
