We currently opens a position for Building Manager who has responsibilities, such as:

  • Manage the overall operational concerns and services, including (but not limited to): building permits, marketing, safety and security, as well as cleanliness issues
  • Maintain good relations with tenants and vendors
  • Monitor, evaluate, and develop the knowledge and technical ability of each individual to improve team performance

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years work experience as a Building Manager
  • Minimum a Bachelor's degree
  • Have an experience in Building Management, Building Security System, and Asset Management
  • Have a good communication and managerial skill
