Job Vacancy: Linen Attendant

Position: Linen Attendant

Location: BLive Canggu

Employment Type: Full-time

• Maintaining Linen Store to keep it neat and clean

• Maintaining daily, weekly, and monthly Linen inventories

• Making reports of damage and loss of linen to be recorded in the daily report

• Organizing daily distribution of linen for being used by room attendants every day

• Collecting dirty linen from Linen Chute Area to be collected in the Linen Store Area

• Making Monthly Report of Linen Stock for Monthly Report

• Responsible for managing incoming and outgoing laundry to the laundry vendor twice a day, in the morning and evening

• Checking the amount of linen coming in and out before it is to be washed by the vendor

• Checking the condition of linen after washing

• Organizing the washing of guest clothes

• Organizing the washing of staff uniforms

• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.

• Experience as a linen attendant.

• Good communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus).

• Friendly, polite, and hotel-oriented personality.

• Able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

• Strong teamwork and coordination skills.

• Good knowledge of Housekeeping, Linen and Housekeeping administration.

• Physically fit and able to stand for long working hours.

• Willing to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and public holidays.

• Neat appearance and good personal hygiene.
