Are you a resourceful connector who thrives on building relationships and sourcing the best resources? We are looking for a highly proactive Associate to secure the talent and vendors needed to execute client campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Active Partner Outreach (The Hunter): Act like a Business Development specialist to actively identify, reach out, and set up meetings with potential key partners (e.g., event vendors, talent agencies, KOL platforms).
  • KOL & Media Planning: Understand influencer marketing basics to efficiently list and source Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), check their rate cards, and draft optimal media plans based on client briefs.
  • Full-Spectrum Sourcing: Source and secure suitable partners and vendors for diverse client briefs, including both influencer marketing campaigns and physical event activations.
  • Negotiation & Database Management: Negotiate pricing and collaboration terms with partners to ensure cost-efficiency and high quality. Maintain a robust database of reliable partners.

Qualifications We Look For:

  • 1-2 years of proven experience in Partnership/Vendor Sourcing, Business Development, Influencer Marketing, or Event Coordination.
  • Strong Networking Skills: Comfortable with cold outreach and effective communication to establish new relationships quickly.
  • Influencer Marketing Literacy: Good understanding of social media platforms (TikTok, Instagram, etc.), KOL types, and key campaign metrics.
  • Negotiation Savvy: Skilled at negotiating rates and terms to secure the best value.
  • Proactive & Organized: Highly organized in managing vendor databases and possessing a strong sense of initiative to build the partner network continually.
