As a Consultant at the Business Analyst level, you'll work on exciting, high-impact projects, designing simulations, facilitating workshops, and shaping leadership capabilities for senior executives.

What you'll do:

  • Design and deliver capability-building programs in strategy, finance, leadership, and innovation that address each client's unique challenges.
  • Gain hands-on experience in facilitation by supporting senior consultants in delivering engaging workshops and simulations, helping bring learning to life for senior leaders.
  • Conduct research, analyze data, and test simulation programs to ensure measurable results and continuous improvement.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, identifying opportunities for additional impact across industries and projects.

What we're looking for:

  • An outstanding degree from a top university, with skills in presentation and financial or leadership analysis.
  • Proven presentation and facilitation skills.
  • Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia (another Asian language is a plus).
  • Interest in finance, leadership, and innovation.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to connect and collaborate.
  • Willingness to travel up to 40–50% during peak periods.
  • Preference for candidates currently based in Jakarta.
