Kami mencari brand marketer, khususnya spesialis media sosial dan e-commerce, yang kreatif dan strategis yang bersemangat dalam menggabungkan estetika visual dengan strategi penjualan e-commerce untuk memperkuat citra merek kami di pasar digital.

Tanggung Jawab :

  • Memastikan konsistensi visual pada semua aset digital, mulai dari feed media sosial, banner e-commerce, hingga materi promosi.

  • Merencanakan, membuat, dan mengelola konten visual (feed, story, reels) yang menarik dan sesuai dengan brand.

  • Merencanakan dan menjalankan strategi promosi di berbagai platform e-commerce dan aplikasi untuk mendorong penjualan.

  • Mengawasi dan mengelola tampilan user interface (UI) dan user experience (UX) di aplikasi perusahaan agar mudah diakses dan sesuai dengan citra brand

  • Berkolaborasi dengan tim untuk menghasilkan konsep kreatif.

Kulifikasi :

  • Pendidikan minimal S1 di bidang Desain Komunikasi Visual (DKV), Pemasaran, atau bidang terkait.

  • Memiliki pengalaman kerja minimal 5 tahun sebagai Brand Marketer/ social media spesialist diutamakan dari industri Kosmetika.

  • Memiliki pemahaman mendalam tentang ekosistem e-commerce Indonesia (Shopee, Tokopedia, TikTok Shop) dan metrik penting (CTR, Conversion Rate).

  • Kemampuan komunikasi dan manajemen waktu yang baik.

  • Diutamakan domisili Jakarta dan sekitarnya serta bisa bekerja secara offline kedepannya.
