Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an HSEQ Officer located in Jakarta, Indonesia. The HSEQ Officer will be responsible for overseeing health, safety, environment, and quality assurance standards at the workplace. Day-to-day tasks include conducting regular inspections, risk assessments, and audits to ensure compliance with industry standards and legal requirements. The HSEQ Officer will also develop and implement safety programs, provide training to employees, and investigate any incidents or accidents to prevent recurrence.

Qualifications

  • Skills in Health & Safety, Workplace Safety, and NEBOSH certification
  • Experience in Environment Health and Safety (EHS) and Occupational Health
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks effectively
  • Experience in construction or engineering industries is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Occupational Health, Safety Management, or a related field
