About the Role

We are looking for a skilled BIM Designer / Engineer to join our team and contribute to the development of high-quality structural, civil, and infrastructure BIM models. The successful candidate will work closely with engineers and project teams to deliver accurate and coordinated design models using the latest BIM technologies.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage structural, civil, and infrastructure BIM models in accordance with project standards and specifications.
• Prepare and coordinate 3D models for earthworks, drainage, sewerage, and other civil works.
• Ensure accuracy and consistency of model data and drawings throughout all project stages.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to integrate models and resolve design clashes.
• Participate in model coordination meetings and provide technical input to improve design workflows.
• Assist in the preparation of project documentation, drawings, and reports derived from BIM models.
• Maintain BIM libraries, templates, and standard modelling practices in compliance with company and client requirements.

Requirements

Education: 
Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or a related field.

Experience:
 2–3 years of relevant experience in BIM design for civil and structural projects.

Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in Autodesk Revit, Civil 3D, and Navisworks.
• Understanding of BIM standards, modelling workflows, and coordination processes.
• Familiarity with both structural and civil infrastructure projects, like earthworks, drainage, and sewerage.

Language:
 Good command of English, both written and spoken.

Soft Skills:

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
• Good communication and time management skills.
