IT Governance

About the role

We are hiring an experienced IT Governance & Quality Analyst to support our client in the banking industry.

This position plays a key role in maintaining IT process governance, ensuring quality assurance, and supporting compliance with banking and regulatory standards. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, analytical, and comfortable working with cross-functional teams in a structured IT environment.

• Monitor and update task statuses using tools such as JIRA, SharePoint, or Excel Dashboard.
• Prepare weekly and monthly reports on project progress, overdue items, and KPI performance.
• Support the documentation and validation of release processes (IRSO, DDCL, PAT, BRD, etc.).
• Coordinate with application, production, and compliance teams to ensure release readiness.
• Review and maintain IT SOPs, checklists, and quality standards.
• Verify SDLC processes and ensure proper implementation of quality controls.
• Prepare and maintain documents for internal and external audits.
• Develop and monitor action plans based on audit findings.
• Build and manage interactive dashboards (Excel / Power BI) for tracking tasks and KPIs.
• Prepare presentations for management and regulators (Bank Indonesia, OJK).
• Document meeting results and follow-up actions clearly and accurately.

• Bachelor's degree (S1) in Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in IT Quality, Release Management, Project Coordination, or System Analysis.
• Proficient in JIRA, Confluence, SharePoint, Excel (Pivot & Dashboard), and Power BI.
• Solid understanding of SDLC, IT Governance, and ISO/IEC 27001 standards.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities.
• Good command of English (both written and spoken).What we offer
