Position: Marketing Assistant

Job Description:

The Marketing Assistant is responsible for supporting the Marketing Manager in daily activities related to client engagement and business development. This role includes assisting in scheduling and organizing client appointments, accompanying the manager to prospect meetings, and maintaining relationships with existing clients. The Marketing Assistant ensures smooth coordination, timely communication, and excellent client service throughout all marketing and prospecting activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Marketing Manager in arranging and confirming client appointments.
  • Coordinate schedules and meeting logistics with clients and prospects.
  • Accompany the manager during client visits, presentations, and prospecting activities.
  • Support in preparing marketing materials and documentation needed for meetings.
  • Maintain and follow up with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and long-term relationships.
  • Handle administrative tasks related to marketing operations and client communication.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum education: Diploma (D3) in any major.
  • Preferably with experience in marketing, banking, insurance, or financial industries.
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Well-organized and detail-oriented.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and support team objectives.
