About the role

As a Course Consultant, you will be responsible for providing expert guidance and support to prospective students, helping them find the right educational programs to suit their needs and aspirations.

What you'll be doing

1. Conducting client consultations to understand their educational and career goals
2. Researching and recommending suitable course options based on the client's requirements
3. Assisting clients with the application process, including providing information on admission criteria, fees, and deadlines
4. Maintaining up-to-date knowledge on the latest educational offerings, course content, and industry trends
5. Building and nurturing relationships with clients to ensure a positive and seamless experience
6. Collaborating with the marketing team to develop effective strategies for attracting and retaining clients
7. Achieving individual and team sales targets while adhering to the company's policies and procedures

What we're looking for

1. Minimum 1 years of experience in a sales or customer service role, preferably in the education or training industry (Fresh graduates are welcome)
2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage and build trust with clients
3. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills to identify client needs and provide tailored solutions
4. A keen interest in education and a passion for helping others achieve their goals
5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive and results-driven approach
6. Familiarity with the education landscape in Indonesia, including course offerings, admission requirements, and industry trends
