Responsibilities:

  • Ensure smooth day-to-day trading operations.
  • Conduct assessment, testing, and integration of new trading platforms, plugins, and other
  • technology products to support business development.
  • Maintain and monitor existing platforms, plugins, and tools to ensure stability and reliability.
  • Manage a productive collaboration and communication with third-party vendors to support
  • ongoing operations and new products initiatives.
  • Retrieve, organize, and analyze operational data to support decision-making.
  • Collaborate across departments (Customer Service, IT, Compliance, etc.) to maintain operational
  • workflow.
  • Perform routine monitoring, checking, and updating tasks to ensure operational needs.
  • Assist in creating documentation, reports, and internal SOPs related to trading operations.
  • Able to work in shifts, including during national and collective holidays.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor degree in Economics, Business, Mathematics, or any other related majors
  • Freshgraduates are welcome to apply.
  • Familiar with forex, US Stock, and crypto trading system will be a plus.
  • Proficient in using Ms. Office, especially Ms. Excel
  • Possess an analytical mind and inclination for problem-solving
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Able to work in shifts and national holidays.
