Overview

Our brand Dr. ville is looking for a dynamic and creative Content Planner to join our marketing team This is a full-time on-site role located in Kedoya Selatan, Jakarta Barat, Indonesia.

Job Responsibilities:

1 Creative Planning and Script Writing

  • Gain deep insight into the TikTok platform and user preferences. Create content plans aligned with the company's product positioning and brand highlights.
  • Develop engaging short video topics that attract users' attention and complete the corresponding scripts, text outlines, and visual shooting plans.
  • Ensure the content effectively presents product selling points and maintains strong visual appeal.

2 Script Demand Communication and Shooting Execution

  • Communicate with the shooting and editing team to review and finalize the shooting scripts, ensuring creative ideas are implemented visually.
  • Participate in on-site directing, manage actors' performance, and control lighting, framing, and overall scene quality to ensure alignment with the planned script and storyboard.
  • Assist in project coordination and scheduling.

3 Data Analysis and Content Optimization

  • Analyze TikTok video data, including view counts, likes, and conversion rates, to understand user behavior and preferences.
  • Summarize advantages and weaknesses based on data feedback and continuously optimize scripts and creative materials to improve performance.

4 Content Planning and Script Development

  • According to the product features and category positioning, plan and write creative TikTok short video scripts (including tutorial, review, challenge, and entertainment types).
  • Ensure the content matches product attributes and brand tone.

5 Video Execution and Production Analysis

  • Participate in video shooting and execution based on the planned content, ensuring clear expression of brand value and product advantages.
  • Collect and analyze video performance data and user feedback to propose optimization suggestions.

6 Platform Data and Creative Optimization

  • Regularly analyze TikTok video data, including topic performance, BGM, visual effects, and completion rate.
  • Summarize audience preferences and propose innovative directions for script improvement to enhance brand competitiveness and video completion rates.

7 Data Summarization and Content Refinement

  • Track the performance of published videos, summarize engagement data (likes, shares, comments), and identify high-performing materials.
  • Conduct A/B testing on content direction, video opening, and script structure to continuously improve material quality and overall efficiency.

Job Requirements:

  • Over 1 year of experience in TikTok short video operations or related creative positions. Backgrounds in new media, advertising, or film/video production are preferred.

  • Must Have Experience in Beauty/Personal Care Company

  • Strong sense of trending topics and user insights, capable of producing appealing short video content.

  • Experience in script planning and creative ideation.
  • Solid understanding of visual storytelling and scene design.
  • Fluent in english.
  • Strong communication and coordination skills, able to collaborate effectively with the video shooting and editing teams.
  • Proactive mindset with creative execution ability and enthusiasm for short video content.
  • Capable of analyzing user feedback and adjusting scripts to maximize content performance.
