Content Creator & Social Media Planner

We are looking for a creative and data-driven Social Media Planner & Content Creator to lead ISAGO's presence across Instagram and TikTok. This person will develop strategies, produce engaging content, and manage online interactions and ensuring our brand storytelling and visual language remain consistent and inspiring.

Responsibilities

  1. Develop and implement content strategies for social media channels (Instagram, TikTok).
  2. Create, plan, and manage social media content including text, images, and videos.
  3. Conceptualize and shoot jewelry content — from flat lays and model shoots to lifestyle stories and behind-the-scenes footage.
  4. Supervise and respond to customer inquiries and comments on social media platforms.
  5. Write clear, persuasive, and brand-aligned copy for social media posts and ads.
  6. Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure brand consistency across all content.
  7. Monitor social media trends, audience behavior, and competitor activities.
  8. Analyze social media metrics and insights, generating reports and actionable recommendations.
  9. Support campaign launches, events, and collaborations through engaging storytelling.

Requirements

  1. Minimum 2 years of experience in social media or content creation (preferably in fashion, beauty, or jewelry).
  2. Strong sense of visual aesthetics and understanding of luxury brand tone.
  3. Skilled in photo and video creation/editing (using mobile or camera).
  4. Proficiency in CapCut, Canva, or Adobe Creative Suite.
  5. Excellent communication and copywriting skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
  6. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  7. Proactive, creative, and detail-oriented, with a deep passion for storytelling and brand building.
  8. Willing to work onsite in Jakarta with flexibility for shoots and events.
