Responsibilities:

  • Supervise, coordinate, and monitor daily Electrical & Instrumentation activities to ensure compliance with company standards, safety regulations, and project requirements.
  • Lead troubleshooting, maintenance, and optimization of HollySys DCS/PLC systems and other automation equipment.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to the EI team on control systems, instrumentation, and electrical works.
  • Ensure proper documentation, calibration, and maintenance of all instrumentation and electrical systems.
  • Work closely with operations, maintenance, and engineering teams to ensure reliability and efficiency of plant performance.
  • Prepare reports, analyze downtime, and implement corrective and preventive actions.
  • Support training and development of junior EI technicians.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Electrical, Instrumentation, Automation, Physics engineering or related engineering field.
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in Electrical & Instrumentation, with supervisory experience preferred.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Electrical & Instrumentation at CFB Power plant.
  • Proven expertise in HollySys automation systems (DCS/PLC configuration, programming, and troubleshooting).
  • Preferable
  • Strong knowledge of instrumentation, control systems, and electrical equipment.
  • Familiarity with safety standards, industrial automation practices, and plant operations.
  • Good leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in English communication, both written and spoken.
  • Capable of performing effectively in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment.
  • Willing to work Mon - Fri and alternate Sat (half day).
  • Willing to be placed in Dumai, Riau.
