Job Description:

  • Prepare and/or Review Non-Disclosure Agreement, Risk Participation Agreement, Syndication Loan Agreement, security(-ies) agreement (i.e fiduciary agreement, mortgage deed, pledge agreement and any other form of security agreement), Letter of Offer/Offering Letter and any kind corporate approval needed by the Borrower to obtain the Credit Facility from the Bank, to act as Guarantor and to secure its company asset.
  • Prepare and/or Review any other type draft of agreement and/or letter that made by external parties for the credit facility.
  • Liaise with notary and/or lawyer for the purpose of execution credit facility including its collateral
  • Review Borrower and/or Guarantor Article of Association, checking Business license, business registration and ID card/passport of the related parties, and after that make summary to it (as well to determine any corporate approval shall be provided by customer);
  • Register mortgage (electronic mortgage) to BPN system;
  • Monitoring duty towards certain documents;
  • Conduct Random Checking;
  • Able to provide legal opinion;
  • Other job in the scope of work instructed by Deputy Unit Head or Unit Head or Department Head

Job Requirements:

  • Hold minimum Bachelor Degree in Law
  • Minimum 4 years experience in this field
  • Innovative, Critical and analytical
  • able to work under less supervision, Teamwork, urge self-improvement, can work under pressure and tight deadline
  • Willing to deal with other task that given by supervisor or Department Head
  • Fluent in English is a must both written and spoken
  • Have Mandarin skill will be plus
