Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Medical Insurance Administration Staff at BhaktiVedanta Medical Group, located in Denpasar. The Medical Insurance Administration Staff will be responsible for processing medical insurance claims, verifying patient information and eligibility, coordinating with insurance providers, updating patient records, and providing support to patients regarding their insurance claims and queries. The role also involves collaborating with medical staff and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and policies.

Qualifications

  • Knowledge in Medicine, Cardiology, and Treatment
  • Experience or skills in Orthopedic Surgery and Neurology
  • Proficiency in handling and processing medical insurance claims
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Experience in healthcare administration is a plus
  • Relevant educational background or certifications
