We are seeking an experienced and passionate AI Researcher with expertise in Large Language Models (LLMs) to join our team. This role involves conducting cutting-edge research, developing innovative solutions, and advancing the state-of-the-art in natural language processing (NLP) and LLM technologies. The ideal candidate will contribute to the design, training, evaluation, and deployment of LLM-based systems that align with business objectives and provide exceptional value to end-users.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct research to develop state-of-the-art AI and machine learning algorithms, models, and techniques that can be applied to various data-related challenges in the IT domain.
  • Analyze large datasets to gain insights, discover patterns, and make data-driven recommendations for improving our products and services.
  • Design and implement machine learning models and algorithms for tasks like data classification, regression, clustering, anomaly detection, and natural language processing.
  • Train and validate AI models using relevant data and benchmark them for accuracy, performance, and scalability.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including data engineers, software developers, and domain experts, to integrate AI solutions into products and services.
  • Keep up-to-date with the latest advancements in AI and data science, and apply this knowledge to enhance our company's technical capabilities.
  • Document research findings, algorithms, and code to ensure knowledge transfer and maintain a knowledge base.

Qualifications:

  • A bachelor's degree in a quantitative dicipline (e.g., Statistics, Informatics, Operations Research, Bioinformatics, Economics, Computational Biology, Mathematics, Physics, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering) or equivalent practical experience. Fresh graduates are welcome
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, and database such as SQL, MongoDB.
  • Experience with deep learning frameworks such as PyTorch and TensorFlow.
  • Geek in information technology (Generative AI models, LLMs, SLMs, Machine Learning, Deep Learning, NLP).
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
  • Effective communication skills to collaborate with diverse teams and present findings to non-technical stakeholders.
  • A passion for AI research and a track record of innovation through publications, patents, or real-world projects.
  • Willing to be placed onsite at Bintaro, South Tangerang.
  • Ready to commitment for 3 years development program.
