Role Description
We are seeking an experienced and motivated SAP Consultant (Functional / ABAP) to support, implement, and enhance SAP systems that drive critical business processes. This is a strategic niche role with strong global demand and long-term career growth.
Responsibilities
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into SAP solutions.
- Configure and customize SAP modules according to business needs (Functional role).
- Develop, modify, and maintain SAP ABAP programs, reports, forms, and interfaces (ABAP role).
- Support SAP implementation, rollout, upgrade, and integration projects.
- Perform system testing, debugging, and performance optimization.
- Provide user support and training for SAP applications.
- Prepare functional and technical documentation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Ensure system stability, data accuracy, and compliance with best practices.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in SAP Consulting (Functional or ABAP).
- Strong understanding of SAP architecture and business processes.
- Experience in one or more SAP modules (for Functional):
FI/CO, MM, SD, PP, HCM, WM, PM, or others.
Strong ABAP programming skills (for ABAP role):
Reports, ALV, Smart Forms / Adobe Forms, Enhancements, BADI, User Exit, IDoc, RFC, BAPI.
- Experience with SAP S/4HANA is a strong plus.
- Understanding of SAP integration concepts and interfaces.
- Experience in system testing (UAT, SIT) and documentation.
- Good problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work with business users.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new SAP technologies.
