Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and motivated SAP Consultant (Functional / ABAP) to support, implement, and enhance SAP systems that drive critical business processes. This is a strategic niche role with strong global demand and long-term career growth.

Responsibilities:

  • Analyze business requirements and translate them into SAP solutions.
  • Configure and customize SAP modules according to business needs (Functional role).
  • Develop, modify, and maintain SAP ABAP programs, reports, forms, and interfaces (ABAP role).
  • Support SAP implementation, rollout, upgrade, and integration projects.
  • Perform system testing, debugging, and performance optimization.
  • Provide user support and training for SAP applications.
  • Prepare functional and technical documentation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Ensure system stability, data accuracy, and compliance with best practices.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in SAP Consulting (Functional or ABAP). Fresh graduates are welcome for Junior level.
  • Strong understanding of SAP architecture and business processes.

  • Experience in one or more SAP modules (for Functional):

  • FI/CO, MM, SD, PP, HCM, WM, PM, or others.

  • Strong ABAP programming skills (for ABAP role):
  • Reports, ALV, Smart Forms / Adobe Forms, Enhancements, BADI, User Exit, IDoc, RFC, BAPI.
  • Experience with SAP S/4HANA is a strong plus.
  • Understanding of SAP integration concepts and interfaces.
  • Experience in system testing (UAT, SIT) and documentation.
  • Good problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work with business users.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new SAP technologies.

Nice to Have (Plus Points):

  • SAP Certification in relevant modules or ABAP.
  • Experience with SAP S/4HANA migration or implementation projects.
  • Experience with SAP Fiori/UI5.
  • Experience with SAP BTP (Business Technology Platform).
  • Knowledge of integration tools (PI/PO, CPI).
  • Experience in global or multinational projects.
