About The Role

As a
Quality Assurance
, you will perform manual testing, execute test cases, and ensure our software applications meet high standards of functionality and reliability. You'll work closely with developers and product teams to identify, track, and resolve defects effectively.

What You'll Do?

Test Planning and Documentation

Assist in creating and refining test plans, strategies, and test cases for APIs, web, and mobile applications to ensure comprehensive coverage of functionality, usability, and performance.

Manual Testing

Perform thorough manual testing of APIs, web, and mobile applications to identify defects, inconsistencies, and performance issues.

API Testing

Use tools like Postman to test APIs, validate data flows, and ensure APIs meet functional and performance requirements.

Defect Reporting and Tracking

Log and manage defects effectively using tools like Jira or Trello. Collaborate with the development
team to ensure bugs are resolved in a timely manner.

Functional and Regression Testing

Execute functional, regression, and exploratory tests to confirm application stability and new feature reliability.

Database Verification

Write and execute SQL queries to verify database integrity, ensuring data accuracy and consistency across applications.

Collaboration and Communication

Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers and developers, to understand requirements, clarify issues, and ensure alignment throughout the testing process.

Continuous Improvement

Contribute to refining QA processes by documenting best practices, identifying gaps, and recommending tools or strategies to improve efficiency.

What You Bring?

1+ years of experience in manual testing of software applications.

Strong knowledge of API testing using tools like Postman or equivalent.

Proficiency with project tracking tools (e.g., Jira, Trello) and familiarity with Scrum/Agile methodologies.

Ability to write and execute SQL queries for database testing.

Strong communication skills with attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.

Bonus Points for

Experience with automation tools like Katalon or Selenium.

Basic knowledge of scripting languages (e.g., Python, JavaScript).

Understanding of performance testing concepts and tools.
