About the role

As a Quality Assurance Engineer at PT. Padepokan Tujuh Sembilan', you will play a vital role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our financial services products. Based in our Jakarta office, you will be responsible for designing and executing robust testing strategies to identify and resolve issues before they reach our customers. What you'll be doing

  1. Develop and implement comprehensive test plans to validate the functionality, usability, and performance of our financial services applications
  2. Automate testing processes to improve efficiency and consistency
  3. Collaborate with development teams to identify and resolve defects in a timely manner
  4. Continuously research and implement best practices in software testing to enhance the quality of our products
  5. Provide detailed reports and documentation to stakeholders on testing activities and findings
  6. Mentor and train junior members of the QA team to foster a culture of quality and continuous improvement

What we're looking for

  1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
  2. Minimum 3 years of experience in software quality assurance, preferably in the banking or financial services industry
  3. Proficient in manual and automated testing techniques, including the use of testing frameworks and tools (Katalon, Selenium & Jmeter)
  4. Strong understanding of software development life cycles and the role of quality assurance in the process
  5. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and identify creative solutions
  6. Effective communication and teamwork skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams
  7. Familiarity with financial services regulations and compliance requirements is an advantage
