At PepsiCo, we're driven by our mission to create smiles with every sip and every bite. We're looking for a passionate and detail-oriented Procurement Staff (Contract) to join our dynamic team and support our Sales and General & Administration (G&A) categories.

What You'll Do
  • Handle end-to-end procurement processes for Sales and G&A categories, including sourcing, vendor selection, and purchase order creation.
  • Partner closely with internal stakeholders to understand business needs and ensure timely procurement support.
  • Coordinate with suppliers to manage price negotiations, delivery timelines, and contract compliance.
  • Monitor procurement data, track spending, and ensure all documentation aligns with company policy.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives to drive efficiency and cost optimization.
What We're Looking For
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in procurement, preferably in FMCG or multinational company.
  • Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and SAP (or similar ERP systems) is a plus.
  • High attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.
