Job Description Summary ​

Drive and execute sales distribution strategies to achieve sales targets, expand volume, increase distribution reach, and enhance product penetration within the assigned area.

Job Description:

  • Implement sales distribution strategy activities to fulfill the target, drive volume growth, optimize distribution, and enhance product penetration.
  • Responsible for the development of market potential
  • Maintain price stability in the area
  • Conducting recruitment of distributor selection in new area
  • Evaluate or review the business monthly to distributors
  • Arrange rolling forecast

Job Requirement:

  • Must possess at least a Bachelor's/ Diploma Degree.
  • Have at least 5 years of working experience as an Area Sales Manager in FMCG company, preferably in bottled and packaged water (AMDK).
  • Have good experience and knowledge of Local Distribution/food service in Bandung
