Penempatan sebagai TECHNICAL BAKER SALES di Makassar Sulawesi selatan , anda akan memainkan peran penting dalam Memperkenalkan dan Mempromosikan serta mempresentasikan secara meluas di seluruh Sulawesi khususnya Makassar produk-produk CMA , Sambil memastikan kepuasan para pelanggan melalui saran dan dukungan teknis yang unggul.

Tanggung Jawab Utama :

  1. Mengembangkan dan mengelola hubungan yang kuat dengan pelanggan-pelanggan kami, memahami kebutuhan mereka, dan menyediakan solusi yang sesuai.
  2. Memberikan saran teknis dan pelatihan kepada pelanggan mengenai penggunaan pengaplikasian dan pemeliharaan produk -produk kami.
  3. Mengidentifikasi peluang penjualan baru dan mengembangkan strategi untuk meningkatkan pangsa pasar.
  4. Memastikan ketersediaan stok produk dan menyediakan dukungan logistik yang diperlukan.
  5. Memantau tren pasar, mengumpulkan umpan balik dari pelanggan, dan memberikan masukan untuk pengembangan produk di masa mendatang.
  6. Mematuhi semua kebijakan, prosedur, dan pedoman perusahaan.

Kualifikasi dan Pengalaman :

  1. Minimal memiliki Diploma atau gelar Sarjana Manajemen Perhotelan, Culinary/kuliner dan atau bidang terkait.
  2. Memiliki pengalaman minimal 3 tahun sebagai Baker atau Pastry Chef di industri perhotelan atau jasa boga.
  3. Menguasai teknik-teknik pembuatan roti dan pastry yang canggih.
  4. Memiliki pengetahuan yang kuat tentang bahan-bahan, peralatan, dan proses produksi.
  5. Kemampuan komunikasi yang unggul, baik lisan maupun tertulis, untuk berinteraksi dengan pelanggan.
  6. Berorientasi pada pelayanan pelanggan dan memiliki pemahaman yang baik tentang kebutuhan industri.
  7. Bersedia untuk melakukan perjalanan dan bekerja di jam kerja yang fleksibel.
  8. Memiliki kemampuan baking demo di event terbuka.
