About the role

We are looking to hire an asst HR&GA Manager to join our dynamic team at PT HLN Batam, a leading manufacturing rubber parts based in Batam, Riau Islands. As asst HR&GA Manager, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the overall human resources and general affairs functions, contributing to the company's growth and success. This is a full-time position located in our Batam office.

What you'll be doing

  1. Responsible in maintaining, developing and implementing HR strategies, policies, and procedures
  2. Overseeing the recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes for employees
  3. Coordinating employee training and development programs
  4. Managing employee records and ensuring compliance with relevant labour laws and regulations
  5. Handling employee relations, including addressing grievances and disciplinary matters
  6. Assisting with the administration of employee benefits and payroll
  7. Handling general affairs activities, such as office management and facilities maintenance
  8. Providing support and guidance to the HR&GA team and other departments as needed
  9. Handling Safety and environment related tasks

What we're looking for

  1. Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar HR&GA role, preferably in the manufacturing industry
  2. Strong knowledge of HR best practices, labour laws, and regulations
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with all levels of the organization
  4. Proficient in Microsoft Office
  5. Problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure
  6. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  7. Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia
