Job Responsibilities
  • Manage PR administrative tasks, reference numbers, and document preparation.
  • Support weekly/monthly reporting and CSR proposal data.
  • Plan and execute internal media activities (Instagram, posters, weekly bulletin).
  • Create design materials and written content for internal and social media.
  • Assist with decoration and coordination for corporate events (CNY, Ramadan, Anniversary, etc.).
  • Support CSR and internal company events, including Blood Donation and internal visits.
  • Handle photo and video documentation for company events and visits.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
Job Requirements
  • Experience in Public Relations, Corporate Communication, or CSR (preferred).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with design and video editing tools.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English (Mandarin is a plus).
  • Excellent time management, multitasking ability, and deadline discipline.
  • Proactive, adaptable, and able to work under pressure.
  • Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Communication, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).
  • High integrity and ability to handle confidential information.
  • Basic understanding of the automotive industry is an advantage.
