Our research on adult stem cell technology has led to the creation of the ReLuma product line, which includes skin, hair, and lash therapy formulated with human adult stem cell conditioned media to help reduce signs of aging and promote a youthful appearance.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Assistant based in Denpasar, Bali. As a Sales Assistant, you will be responsible for supporting the sales team with daily tasks. These tasks include managing customer relations, processing orders, handling administrative duties, and ensuring the smooth operation of sales processes. Additionally, you will assist in preparing sales reports, coordinating with various departments, and providing exceptional customer service to clients.

Qualifications

  • Strong Interpersonal Skills and Customer Service abilities
  • Fluent in English
  • Excellent Communication and Sales skills
  • Organization Skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
  • Experience in the biotechnology or healthcare industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree is preferred, healthcare background is a plus
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
