Business development staff - channel telesales

Job Desc:

a. Data Management: Ensure the accuracy of telesales customer information by updating the database in the system and creating tele sales call schedules.

b. Communication and Support: Monitor the productivity of telesales calls, Collaborate with internal teams to facilitate targeted marketing campaigns and respond to inquiries, make improvements to support the telesales team.

c. Analysis and Reporting: Analyze customer telesales data for customer behavior insights to increase sales, generate reports to improve overall customer satisfaction, and generate reports from each individual telesales person regarding targets achieved.

Requirements:

  1. Open to candidates from any major, with strong enthusiasm for exploring and learning new fields, especially in telesales. (preferably Engineering, Statistics or Math)

  2. Strong analytical ability to interpret data and develop data-driven initiatives

  3. Comfortable working with numbers and conducting data analysis
  4. Fast learner with the ability to quickly adapt to new technologies (including CRM systems and Salesforce)
  5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  6. Proven analytical capability with a strong track record of interpreting data effectively
  7. Able to perform effective problem-solving to support and improve telesales team performance
  8. Able to commit to4 Month(s) contract (will be extended according to    performance results)
  9. Willing to work on-site at TB Simatupang, South Jakarta
